You’ve grown to love the tire industry through your 5+ years of outside sales experience. You’ve served dealers, sold on programs, and care about the relationships you’ve made along the way. You know how to make an impact in sales and have grown a territory in the past.You don’t mind cold calling or putting in a bit of extra effort to revive old business.
You’re also technical. You understand various commercial applications and can make recommendations to customers to help them maximize performance through use of your product or teach them to effectively sell-through to end users. You strive to be an expert in your field and look forward to teaching, developing and managing others in the future.
You’ve earned a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or are in the process of obtaining one.
