As the Call Center Manager, you are a results driven, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You have a Management background as you will develop and lead a Customer Service/Inside Sales Team to ensure that existing customers are provided with professional and world class service. You will be supporting in acquisition of new business/potential customers as well as responsible for continuous process improvement. You will develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures for the department. You will also be expected to recommend changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs. To perform this job successfully, you should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan, execute, and accomplish goals.You will be responsible for overseeing all functions of Customer Service/Inside Sales.
You’ve earned a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area, and/or equivalent training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
