You’ve developed and maintained compound recipes for different components. You’ve observed all related processes and created tire cure specifications. You’ve earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. With an analytical mindset and your planning and interpersonal skills you’ll work together with the Tire Engineering Department to ensure the business goals of a major tire industry company are achieved.

As a Compound Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing and developing raw material recipes and establishing them within the plant. You will be industrializing the R&D specs into producible products. You’ll support your team by using your extensive technical knowledge. Finally you’ll prepare statistical analyses and collaborate with the international group overseas.
