As an engineer with a degree and a postgraduate education, you have a great understanding of materials, chemical processes, manufacturing, and sustainability. You enjoy challenges, starting programs from the ground up, know how to drive revenue in multiple channels, and are a highly strategic thinker.

Your Role:

As Director of Strategic Sales, you’ll be solely responsible for creating the strategy to develop the company’s sales plan across multiple silos with special focus on the tire and rubber industry. You’ll analyze data on existing sales and market conditions, use your technical know-how to help team members implement the plan, as well as develop your own book of business. You’ll be able to work remotely but will need to travel about 60% of the time to visit customers, the head office, and attend company or industry events. You’ll spend a lot of time working with engineers internally within the organization and will target top-level executives or leaders with decision making power over multi-million, and billion dollar businesses as sales prospects.
