Who You Are... You are experienced in strategically approaching markets in the United States and most of the Americas, and can open sales channels across various segments in the rubber industry. You hold a 4-year degree or higher and have a well-developed business acumen, and are not short of technical knowledge in polymer and rubber processing. You’ll apply working knowledge of industries involved with carbon black, color additives, silica and related applications in transportation, oil and gas, construction, components, accessories, and more. Your experience and research abilities will allow you to pointedly create and execute a plan to implement and grow sales in the region. You’ll collaborate with colleagues remotely in the US and overseas, as well as hire and manage other business development personnel.
