Privacy Policy

Candidates — name, phone number, email address, availability preferences, and the details you enter when applying for a position through the platform.

Shop owners — shop name, contact email, billing information (handled by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers), and job posting details.

Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically when you use the platform.

We use the information you provide to:

• Match candidates to open positions at tire shops
• Send SMS messages about interview scheduling and booking confirmations (via Twilio)
• Process subscription payments and send billing receipts
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the platform — we analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to understand what works

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your billing details go directly to Stripe under their privacy policy.
• Twilio — SMS delivery for candidate booking links and notifications.
• Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure. Data is stored in their managed Postgres service.

Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

When you apply, you can opt in to text messages using two separate checkboxes on the application form: one for transactional messages about your application, and one for marketing and promotional messages. Neither box is pre-checked, neither is required to apply, and they are independent — you can check either, both, or neither. We only send a type of text to candidates who opted in to that type.

If you opt in to transactional texts, we send messages about interview scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders, and updates about your application. If you also opt in to marketing texts, we may send occasional promotional messages, such as special offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only party that handles your number for texting is Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, and only to send the messages described above.
