What you'll do: - Greet customers when they walk in or call - Write up repair orders clearly and correctly - Explain what the car needs in simple, honest terms - Keep jobs moving between the front counter and the techs - Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle - Help the team stay on track when the shop gets busy - Handle payment and close out repair orders at the end of a job What you need: - Good people skills and a calm, friendly attitude - Strong organization, you need to juggle several jobs at once - The ability to explain car repairs in plain, easy words - Experience in auto or tire service is a plus, but we will train the right person - Full-time availability and the ability to start soon Pay: $20 to $28 per hour, plus commission.
