Tire Technician Tire Discounters Inc was founded by Chip Wood in 1976 and is still family-owned today. It has grown to more than 200 locations across eight states with over 2,400 employees. The shops handle tires plus undercar and underhood work, including alignments, brakes, oil changes, auto glass, and ADAS recalibration. What you'll do: - Mount, balance, and install tires - Perform wheel alignments, including the free alignment that comes with every four-tire install - Inspect and service brakes, shocks, and struts - Complete oil changes and fluid exchanges - Handle TPMS service and repairs - Support auto glass and ADAS recalibration jobs - Keep the bay clean and work safely at all times What you need: - Some hands-on experience in a tire or auto service shop - Familiarity with tire mounting, balancing, and TPMS - ASE certification in A4, A5, or a related area is a strong plus - Ability to work a full schedule, including weekends - A steady, reliable work history in a service or trade role Pay and hours: Pay is estimated at $16 to $22 per hour based on typical rates for this role in this trade.
