What you'll do: - Mount and dismount tires on a wide range of vehicles - Balance tires so they ride smooth and safe - Rotate tires to help them last longer - Repair flat tires and check for damage - Inspect tires for wear, pressure, and safety issues - Follow proper safety steps on every job - Keep your work area clean and organized What you need: - Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday - Willingness to follow safety rules and shop procedures - Ability to stay on your feet and do physical work all day - Previous tire or auto experience is a plus, but not required - Dependable, on time, and ready to work Bauer Built will train the right person. If you have experience with tire mounting and balancing, TPMS, or other auto service work, that helps. ASE certifications are a bonus but not required to apply. The shop wants someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right. Pay is $23 per hour. This is a full-time position with steady hours, Monday through Friday.
